Our month-to-month rentals are designed for social, adventurous professionals who want to get the full Austin experience. It's really not even comparable to what anyone else offers in a rental, and because we have so many houses so close to each other, the friend group keeps building, and the adventures never stop.

Taz is an anchor tenant. Hes lived at one of our houses along time. He says it's best. "it's not about saving money. It's about the people you meet. There are pros and cons of living in a shared house but the pros far outweigh the cons. I have met so many great people staying here and Aaron makes it easy."

Ben took a bat tour with me 7 years ago and moved into our houses shortly after. The rest is history! Always a good Ben story to share around a campfire.

Took a couple tenants out to see a friends 90's country cover band. The broken spoke is a great place to checkout on your stay in Austin.
Always finding ways to be outside after dark in the winter when the weather is nice but it's dark early.

Austin is where we meet. From there the world is our playground. Find travelers in the houses and then go somewhere cool. Last month we had a motorcycle trip in Tennessee and one house organized their own surf trip to El Salvador.

Cool stories all day like this one. Former tenant from 10 years ago. He stayed for a month waiting for a house to close and now we've been friends for 10 years and go on motorcycle trips together with current tenants too.

One of the best perks of staying at the houses is you get unlimited kayaking and Paddleboard tours too! Some people even pickup gig work guiding. I wish someone had this for me when I arrived!
June 2nd, 2024 I hosted an “ultimate town lake” powered Paddleboard trip for tenants and friends where I showed everyone the top 10 best spots on the water so they could go back and take their friends later. We went end to end and had a great time

1/19/23 - We hosted storytelling session around a fire on an island downtown. We ferried 33 people out on the giant stand up Paddleboard with electric motor. I’ve hosted parties on that island since 2009 and I can say we finally have the logistics down. We’re planning to host a storytelling event once a month for the rest of the year. We’ll announce February’s event date soon.
One of the things I’m most proud of is building relationships that last years longer than the room rentals. If you’ve moved to austin in the last 10 years chances are you’ve greatly benefited from the house rentals and built lasting relationships with great people because of them. The fun outside the houses is the best part. Thanks to capitan drew for always allowing friends to join his sailing adventures. Pictured here are several old tenants and friends sailing the cost of Mexico. I hope to meet up with them in Belize soon!
May 11th - San Marcos Riverday with current and past tenants. We surfed, body boarded, played can jam, and played tennis then went for a long walk along the river To a new restaurant.

Played in my first disc golf tournament today and was grouped with the 2018 world champion Greg Barsby. Took it easy on him.
@tylerpriest shared his story of hiking the Pacific Crest Trail from Mexico to Canada. Let’s do more backyard story nights! I always say that.
Tuesday night fire on a sandbar catching up with friends. This was fun and easy to host. Centrally located, etc. Let’s do it more often.
Pinkston and Jeremy moved into separate houses a few minutes apart. 45 min after arriving to Austin we were already on glow Paddleboards backstage ACL for George straight. Lol. Welcome Pinkston and Jeremy! Travis and Stephan are visiting from Tennessee for MOTO GP too.
Alright, I’ll expand beyond my one little street in Austin. Our Asheville properties should be usable this summer and epic by summer 2023. Working on a barndaminium with indoor pickleball court / multi sport gym walkable to the falls with a lot of amenities being contributed from a strategic land purchase inside one of the resort neighborhoods. So we’ll have redneck toys on land with no rules and waterfalls across the street and access to the yuppy stuff around the corner too.
Take your friends on a bike ride. Tell them you wanna get a photo of them with the giraffe. Set them up under it at (hour):59 and giraffe will pee on them when the clock switches to the next hour
Fun fact: I’ve seen a pair of bald eagles on the last 3 overnight canoe trips just a few miles east of Austin .
Soccer golf has been a lot of fun lately. Who wants in on the next round?
